Newman International Academy of Arlington, is the first campus of the five elementary schools in Newman International Academy’s district. It is comprised of Pre-K through fifth Grade with a total campus enrollment of 680 students. NIAA Elementary proudly combines a rigorous curricula of the East and West in a college-prep, open-enrollment, public charter school, where students prepare for the 21 st century marketplace, with an emphasis on character development, leadership, academics, athletics, STEAM, fine arts, robotics, and more! In addition to rigorous academics, our students experience a weekly manners class, robotics club, chess, foreign languages, singing and performance, and character development. Our students thrive in our strong and disciplined academic program. Differentiated learning coupled with a carefully designed intervention program make our classrooms a place where innovative instruction meets student’s specific needs. Welcome to NIAA’s brand new high school campus, fondly referred to as “Gibbins”. Located in North Arlington on Gibbins Road, our college-prep academy is home to hundreds of remarkable students in grades 8 th through 12th. Our gifted teachers are beyond highly qualified; they teach with love and nurture, extracting gifts from our students that will enable them to successfully pursue higher education upon graduation.
